These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the hotel services provided by Openverdictlabs Pty Ltd ("Openverdictlabs", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or staying at our hotel, you ("the guest") agree to the terms set out below.
Openverdictlabs is a physical, brick-and-mortar boutique hotel located at 120 William Street, Sydney NSW 2011, Australia. All accommodation, dining and entertainment services are delivered in person at our venue. We do not operate any online accommodation, booking platform or gaming service.
Reservation requests submitted through this website are enquiries only and are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once our reservations team has contacted you, verified availability and accepted your request in writing.
Cancellation terms vary by room category and are confirmed at the time of booking. Standard cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within the notice period may incur a charge equal to the first night's stay. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
Hotel services include accommodation, restaurant and bar, spa and wellness, concierge, room service, conference and private event facilities. Availability of individual services may vary and is subject to prior booking.
Openverdictlabs operates a casino-inspired lounge as part of the in-person hotel atmosphere. This lounge is an entertainment and design feature only. Openverdictlabs does not offer, facilitate or promote real-money gambling, online gaming, betting or gambling accounts of any kind. No activity on this website or at the venue constitutes a gambling service.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect for other guests, staff and the property. Openverdictlabs reserves the right to refuse service or require a guest to leave where their conduct is unlawful, disruptive or unsafe.
Openverdictlabs accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property, except where required by Australian law. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
This website is provided for information and enquiry purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
